Four-time Olympic Gold medallist Michael Johnson will speak at the Advantage Conference next year.
The nine-time World Champion and a world record holder will talk about his athletics career and his approach to achieving success.
Johnson is the best 200/400 metre sprinter in the history of track and field and represented the US in three Olympic Games.
During his career he broke world records in the 200 metres, 400 metres and 4x400 metres relay and became known as the Fastest Man in the World in 1996 when completing the historic 200/400 metre Olympic double.
Since retiring from athletics Johnson has become a BBC television commentator and most recently released his second book, Gold Rush: What Makes An Olympic Champion?
Advantage Travel Centres chief executive John McEwan said: "As London plays host to the Olympic Games, Michael Johnson"s insights into achieving success both on the track and in business will be inspirational for all the conference delegates."
The Advantage Conference takes place from 26 to 29 April 2012 at the Hilton Malta, St Julian"s Bay.
