Ski and cruise specialist Iglu.com has promoted three staff members to the board following investment from a private equity house.
Kirsteen Fox, aged 38 and with Iglu for 12 years, has been promoted to digital director.
Adam Johnson, aged 45, with Iglu for nine years, becomes sales director.
Dave Mills, age 35, 10 years with Iglu, becomes product and commercial director.
"Their directorships reflect our appreciation for the invaluable contribution they have made to Iglu's growth," said the company's founder and chief executive, Richard Downs.
"It's doubly pleasing to promote from within and I hope their success will prove an incentive to everyone at Iglu."
The appointments follow on the back of the recent investment in Iglu from Growth Capital Partners, the London-based private equity house.
