C&M Recruitment Consultancy has launched a dedicated events division.
The London-based travel and hospitality recruitment agency has appointed Sarah Anson to head up the division.
Anson has more than eight years' practical and recruitment experience in the events, travel and hospitality sectors.
She worked for five years at TUI, where her events experience included working as a 'fixer' for a Channel 4 Friday Night Project film in Mallorca and producing a 1,000-person charity event in Cape Verde.
After that she worked at London Fashion Week and the Earls Court Festival.
Anson said: "We will specialise at all levels and will be targeting hotels, venues and event management agencies. I believe my background in events and hotels gives us a real edge in understanding clients' requirements and providing the quality of service they demand."
