Recently appointed Minister of Transport, Simon Burns MP, will make the opening keynote speech at the GTMC Autumn Conference.
The one-day event is being held on October 29 at the Wyndham Grand Hotel, Chelsea Harbour under the theme 'Opportunity in Change'.
GTMC chairman Ajaya Sodha said: "The GTMC policy is firmly behind aviation expansion in the South East and in the interests of speed a third runway or mixed mode flights at Heathrow.
"The Government has launched the Davies Commission on aviation capacity and we will be looking for the Minister to provide some more detail on this and what can be done in the short-term to assist business."
Travel industry speakers and panelists include Expedia chief commercial officer Dhiren Fonseca and Avis Budget UK sales director Oliver Woodmansee.
The conference is open to GTMC members' representatives and GTMC supplier partners.
