EasyJet is offering flights from London to Moscow for less than £120 return, starting on March 18.
Seats on the Gatwick went on sale today at a lead-in price of £47.49 outbound, £62.49 inbound. EasyJet's flights to Moscow from Manchester went on sale in November.
The airline will offer daily flights from Gatwick to start with, rising to twice daily in mid-April.
However, as most visitors to Russia require a visa before departure, the route is unlikely to attract many last-minute, impulsive bookings.
EasyJet warns that the visa application process can take several weeks. Tourists must have proof of hotel accommodation before being granted a visa, so they are advised to book their accommodation before their flights.

as he points out, the cheapest return price is not under £100 as originally stated, but £117.98 as he suggests. The copy has now been amended

Cheapest out price (at £47.49) is in June. Cheapest return at £62.49 is in May (so you can't use June departure). Therefore, cheapest return price is in September at £117.98 (£47.49 out, £70.49 return).
