New hotel unveils Designworks-inspired meetings space

The Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross Hotel, due to open this month, has unveiled details of its meetings and events space.

Inspired by BMW Group subsidiary Designworks, the £20m development will include two large, flexible conference and banqueting spaces seating up to 350 and 260 people respectively, six meeting rooms, a Creative Attic, breakout bar and landscaped gardens.

The 6500sqm 'styled with substance' venue will be aimed at weddings, conferences, meetings and events.

The hotel, previously The Bellhouse Hotel, enlisted the help of specialist hotel interior designers Dexter Moren Associates to develop the space.

It has also been fitted with the latest technology, including 'progressive' Wi-Fi capabilities, sound systems and projection screens for presentations and speeches.
