Bangkok overtook London as the second most visited city in the world in 2015, according to latest figures from Euromonitor International.
Hong Kong held on to the number one spot for the seventh year, despite an almost 4% drop in visitors to 26.7 million, while a near 7% increase in arrivals in London wasn't enough to avoid it being bumped into third place.
Bangkok leapfrogged into second place after seeing a 10% rise in visitors in 2015, to a total of 18.7 million. London attracted 18.6 million.
Singapore came in fourth place with almost 16.9 million and Paris fifth with 15 million.
Overall, there was a 5.5% increase in international travel to the world's top 100 cities in 2015 compared with the previous year.
