Monarch Airlines has exercised an option on a further 15 Boeing 737 MAX 8 jets, at a value of $1.7bn at current prices.
The two companies have also agreed a servicing joint venture and announced both deals at the Paris Air Show.
The order for the Boeing jets takes Monarch's total order to 45 new aircraft with the first delivery in 2018.
By the end of 2022, Monarch will have a completely new, modern fleet which will transform the airline, the customer experience, its environmental impact and cost-base.
Monarch also announced the launch of a joint venture with Boeing with the aim of securing additional third-party fleet servicing agreements.
Monarch Aircraft Engineering has been servicing airlines globally for the past 50 years and is one of the few Boeing approved GoldCare providers across the world.
