London-based online and dynamic packaging technology specialist GoQuo is now offering its solutions direct to the North American travel marketplace.
"Our experience with existing US customers told us it was time to establish a formal presence in the North American market, and the decision to open offices in the US was therefore an easy one," said founder and managing director Ron Ramanan. He added:
"The worldwide take-up of GoQuo solutions by a range of agencies, consolidators, tour operators and airlines indicates that our approach to technology, delivery and support should do well in the US."
GoQuo has opened a sales and marketing office in New York, with customer support provided from its Silicon Valley office in Santa Clara, California.
GoQuo, established in 2004, now has over 70 customers worldwide in the travel agency, air consolidator and tour operator markets.
Its expanding family of technology solutions includes GODYNAMIC, which is designed to enable seamless, real-tine integration of multiple travel product selections into one package, among others.
Other GoQuo solutions include GQHotel for online hotel booking and management; GQMailer, an integrated 1-to-1 e-mailer engine; and GQGate web services, for accessing the functionality of the GDSs.
The company will soon be launching its latest solution designed specifically for tour operators, and will shortly announce its latest win in Canada.
