TUI Travel has finalised a deal with one of Canada’s leading operators.   Europe’s biggest travel group has established a strategic venture with Sunwing Travel Group.   The partnership was first unveiled last September.    TUI said it had now received all necessary regulatory approvals and the transaction has been completed.   The group said last month that the deal would strengthen TUI’s position in the Canadian travel market and has a number of “strategic and financial benefits”.   by Phil Davies
