Air Astana adds new route to Guangzhou
Kazakhstan based Air Astana is boosting services to Guangzhou, southern China, with new twice weekly flights from capital Astana.
The new service kicks off on 2 June 2026.
It joins the four flights a week service from Almaty to Guangzhou which launched nearly a year ago.
Air Astana additionally operates scheduled flights to China’s capital, Beijing and Urumqi in western China.
The airline also launches a new route between Almaty and Shanghai at the end of March 2026.
Flights from Astana to Guangzhou are scheduled to operate on Tuesdays and Thursdays aboard Airbus A321LR aircraft.
The flight time from Astana to Guangzhou is 6 hours 45 minutes.
Tickets are open for sale starting from $508 round trip in Economy Class.
