BT to use Capita Business Travel rail booking system
BT has appointed Capita Business Travel’s new Railooto booking system to reduce its annual rail spend of £24 million.
Railooto will complement BT’s existing rail offering. Both are designed to deliver “significant savings” in booking times and ticket values.
BT business travel manager Jan Tucker-Jones said Railooto gives staff more choice and increased functionality.
“Railooto will endorse the BT CSR policy on carbon reduction and help deliver cost avoidance savings against each booking.â€
Capita managing director Simone Buckley said: “With the introduction of ticket on departure Railooto now offers the widest range of ticket fulfillment options on the market.
“It’s important that companies appoint a rail booking system that supports their business travel strategy and Railooto is a product that has been built with this in mind.â€
