BTA selects Munich for 2025 Autumn Conference
The Business Travel Association (BTA) will convene in Munich for its 2025 Autumn Conference.
A new hosyt city for the BTA, the event is scheduled for 8-10 September 2025 at the Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort.
Munich was selected as host due to its prominence as a business travel hub, alongside Germany’s importance as a major trading partner to the UK.
In an average year, BTA members manage over 250,000 traveller journeys between the UK and the Bavarian city.
The BTA Autumn Conference brings together hundreds of business travel leaders and industry stakeholders for two days of engagement on the sector’s most pressing challenges.
It features debates, strategic discussions and networking events.
Clive Wratten, CEO of the BTA, said: “We are thrilled to bring our annual autumn conference to Munich for the first time. This dynamic city is not only a pivotal destination for business travel but also symbolises the strong economic ties between the UK and Germany.”
Registration for the Autumn Conference opens on 1 March.
