China eases quarantine

China has halved quarantine to seven days, sending airline and tourism stock soaring

Quarantine is now seven days in a centralized facility for overseas arrivals, followed by three days in home isolation.

Previously, visitors had to quarantine for two weeks followed by another week at home.

Air China and China Eastern Airlines’ stocks saw an immediate boost, while Trip.com Group had a double-digit increase.
