Chinese tourists dead in Bali bus crash
Five tourists from China have been killed in a bus crash in Bali.
Eight others were injured after the vehicle swerved to avoid an oncoming car and plunged into a ravine.
The small bus was headed to Buleleng in the north.
“The driver swerved and the minibus was thrown off and plunged into the shallow ravine,” said. Police chief Widwan Sutadi.
The driver survived and is being questioned.
The five deceased passengers were pronounced dead after being rushed to hospital.
