Conrad announces first Caribbean property

Conrad Hotels plans to operate its first hotel in the Caribbean, a luxurious, 250-room property in Bimini. Conrad Hotel is the luxury brand of the Hilton Family.

Its new hotel is the Conrad Bimini Bay Resort and Casino, which is part of a new seaside village.

The hotel will also offer several restaurants, a marina and a spa. The hotel is part of a resort that will include an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course and other developments.

Conrad management agreements are in various stages of negotiation in the US and Europe, according to company officials.

Among its future new US properties, Conard plans a hotel in Indianapolis. Conrad has 18 luxury hotels in the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East/Africa.
