Cruise Planners host agent boot camps
Cruise Planners expects up to 150 travel agents at its two-day boot camps to be held in Fort Lauderdale.
This week the company is hosting its inaugural boot camp as part of a next generation training program for its agent franchise network.
The aim is to ultimately boost sales with hands-on technology workshops, development updates, product presentations and upselling skills training.
The intensive training programs are being led by Cruise Planners’ executive team.
"We are investing in our travel agents by training them personally in the field," said Michelle Fee, CEO of Cruise Planners.
"We are constantly evolving and our franchisees know we are here to support them by adding more regional trainings and the intensive two-day boot camps provides our agents with more knowledge, confidence and tools for profitable success," Fee said.
The boot camps are in addition to Cruise Planners’ regional training days and online training platform Cruise Planners University for its more than 900 franchisees.
