Dolphin Dynamics invests in international expansion following strong sales growth
Dolphin Dynamics has embarked on a recruitment drive and undertaken moves to extend its software development capacity following strong sales growth in the UK and overseas.
The infrastructure investments are in response to the technology company tracking to a forecasted 30% growth in annual revenues in 2013 following a strong Q1. With direct customer wins secured in the UK and Italy complemented by exceptional performance from its recent distribution agreement with Amadeus in Australia and New Zealand.
To support the growth in demand the company is recruiting specialist IT, training, support and software development staff at its UK head office, support and implementation staff in Australia, along with software developers at its newly-opened regional development centre in Cairo. With the latter team focused upon systems integration, specifically extending the number of wholesaler and incoming operator XML supplier links connected to the Dolphin booking engine by at least 25% before year end.
Commenting, Managing Director Chuck Richardson said, "We are absolutely committed to making the necessary investments to support this exciting sales growth. Dolphin is a highly adaptable system and is already used in 26 countries today. So international expansion is clearly a huge opportunity for us. Both in terms of un-tapping fast growing demand in new markets and through utilising the skills of specialist international software engineers to support the work of our core development team based in London ."
