Dragons’ Den entrepreneur to speak at Advantage Focus Conference
Dragons’ Den entrepreneur Levi Roots is to speak at the fourth Advantage Focus Champions Conference in June.
Roots, who won over the dragons with his Reggae Reggae Sauce, will talk about his success as an entrepreneur and his approach to business.
The chef and reggae musician had been making his grandmother’s secret saunce recipe on his family’s barbecue food stall at the Notting Hill carnival since 1991.
After appearing on Dragons’ Den and securing investment in his company, Sainsbury’s decided to stock the sauce in 600 stores and a total of more than 2 million bottles have now been sold in the UK.
The Advantage Focus Champions Conference is being held at the Europa Hotel in Belfast on June 1-2.
The annual event is attended by key contacts from the 80 Focus Partnership members.
