Dream Hotel Group adding three Mexico hotels
Dream Hotel Group is adding to its growing portfolio with three new hotels in Mexico.
It is partnering with development group Los Amigos to manage the three new properties in Tulum with a combined room count of 303.
All three will join the new lifestyle brand By Dream Hotel Group.
They are Central Park Lagunas by Dream Hotel Group Tulum, Central Park Rios by Dream Hotel Group Tulum and The Beach Club by Dream Hotel Group Tulum.
Once they are operational, Dream will have eight hotels in Mexico.
The 177-room Central Park Lagunas is expected to open by winter 2020 with a signature restaurant, fitness center, pool deck and spa.
The Beach Club by Dream Hotel Group Tulum opens a year later and Central Park Rios is scheduled to open in winter 2022 with 120 rooms.
The By Dream Hotel Group brand is a collection of independent hotels each with their own unique identity.
The Group also operates several brands including Time Hotels, Dream Hotels, Unscripted Hotels and The Chatwal luxury brand.
