East Anglia holiday park goes into administration
A well-known holiday park has gone into administration leaving its long-term future in doubt.
Stonham Barns Holiday Park, at Stonham Aspal, Suffolk has suffered ‘a period of financial pressure on the business,’ said FRP Advisory, which was brought in as administrators.
The holiday park is a popular holiday destination in East Anglia, and features a theatre, golf, a retail village and showgrounds which hosts major events.
Bookings will be honoured and it will continue operating as normal the administrator said.
However, it is up for sale so its long-term future is uncertain.
The business was issued a winding up order in late 2025 over an unpaid HMRC tax bill.
