ecruising enters Africa incentive market
Brett Dudley, founder and chairman of the ecruising group of companies, has been talking about his decision to link with Nairobi-based safari company, Maniago, to develop an African incentive product for Australian travellers.
Dudley said that as an entrepreneur with a successful track record of starting and managing companies in Australia and Hong Kong, he was keen to tackle a new venture with a strong partner in Maniago Safaris.
Dudley said ecruising will represent Maniago and South Africa-based African Incentive Designs to offer different products from a new player in the Australian market.
Peter Karanja, executive director Maniago and African Incentive Designers in eastern African, said Maniago has been in business for 20 years specialising in FIT, a la carte, safari tours.
"We’re offering another side of Africa that is not being offered at the moment," he said.
Dudley said the decision to partner Maniago was influenced by the fact that Maniago owned its own products and was not contracting out services to other contractors.
Brad Ellis has been appointed general manager Maniago Safaris and African Incentive Designers in Australia.
