Tickets start from $59.99 inclusive of snacks and beverages and can be booked on the FlixBus website or in the app.
Pierre Gourdain, Managing Director FlixBus USA: "With our high-quality product, we have managed to convince many travelers to take the bus over other means of transport. Now we are trying something new, starting with a 10-day pilot with a premium service."
"Piloting new products and features is part of how we continuously work to anticipate what our existing customers, and potential new customers, are looking for."
Passengers can choose between two pick up and drop off locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas which includes Downtown LA or Hollywood.
In Las Vegas, trips will stop at the Tropicana Hotel as well as the Fashion Show Mall both conveniently located for the Vegas Strip.
During the trial period, the premium express bus will run every day, with either morning or evening departures available.
Passengers can expect trips to last less than 5.5 hours with some trips arriving at their final destination within 4.5 hours.
"Looking back at this past strenuous year, we anticipate this type of premium trip experience being a welcome treat for many of our customers," Gourdain added.
