GarudaMiles adds loyalty partners
Garuda Indonesia has added a number of partners to the GarudaMiles loyalty program, offering customers more options to earn and redeem.
It signed MoUs with Garuda subsidiaries and affiliates Sriwijaya Air, NAM Air and Aerowisata Hotels & Resorts
Members can now earn and redeem points on booked flights with Sriwijaya and NAM, as well as when staying at Aerowisata hotels.
Points are also earned at Garuda’s online store GIA Mall and budget airline subsidiary Citilink Indonesia.
GarudaMiles currently has about seven million members.
"We are optimistic that the loyalty program integration will strengthen brand positioning and exposure," said Garuda’s commercial director Pikri Ilham Kurniansyah.
