Vibe Hotels has taken looking after their guests that extra step by getting foodies and industry leaders together on the stunning rooftop of their Vibe Hotel Sydney to launch their new and leading edge Curve cookbook – [The Mole comments: great night and really great service – their staff are very well trained indeed and in the Vibe.]
Vibe’s Lisa Phillips and Kim McKay said that the launch of the Curve Cookbook was taking place just in time for the summer and was definitely becoming the lifestyle accessory and it was appearing in kitchens all over the country.
The contemporarily designed Curve Cookbook contains sections titled, Kick Start the Day; Let’s Do Coffee; All day Dining; Turn Up the Heat; Big Night In; Sweet Life; and Room Service, with Vibe saying the Curve Cookbook not only echoes the hotel group’s philosophy about eating and drinking, but gives guests a take home version of the food they can enjoy at Vibe Hotels.

The dynamic, colourful and beautifully photographed, the Curve Cookbook is aimed at people who have busy working lives, but who also have a love of good food and want to welcome friends into their homes to savour and share their own “Vibe”, with Vibe Hotels saying that they understand that life is about living in the moment and embracing good times with friends and family, a philosophy that extends across their hotels.
