Hans Airways launch in doubt
Hans Airways long awaited launch is at risk again.
It is seeking new investors for it to start flights between the UK and India.
Hans blames the ‘stringent financial criteria’ required by the UK Civil Aviation Authority.
“This is despite satisfying all technical aspects of long-haul airline operations,” the airline said.
The airline has plans to operate flights from Birmingham to cities in India.
“In light of this we are pursuing a number of options. We have stepped up dialogue with prospective new investors and lessors,” it added.
