Hays Travel boosts sales staff bonus scheme
Hays Travel has boosted its bonus scheme for sales staff.
It has boosted its bonus scheme by a multiple of 20 since the beginning of May.
Hays Travel Teesside Park has reaped the benefit of this change where the team has earned a total of £21,000 in bonuses since the start of May.
Libby Gray, Branch Manager said: “We always go the extra mile for our customers., however having this increased bonus has certainly motivated us even further.”
“It has meant so much to the team that they can put extra money away for Christmas t.”
The new bonus scheme means individual bonuses are paid monthly and team bonuses are now paid bi-monthly instead of annually
It is available to all from apprentices to branch managers.
Hays Travelcurrently has vacancies for retail staff and apprentices in locations around the UK.
