Hoseasons extends opening hours

Wednesday, 22 Jan, 2013 0

Hoseasons has extended its call centre opening hours until 22.00hrs from Sunday to Friday and until 19.00 on Saturday,  giving customers and travel agents an extra 10 hours a week to make enquiries and bookings over the phone.

The company said the move was in response to the number of enquiries following its launch of a multi-channel marketing campaign at the start of the month, including a new TV commercial, direct marketing, and on- and off-line activity to support the sales of UK holidays in the first three months of the year.

"We are delighted that the response to our marketing push has been strong demand for UK breaks," said MD Pali Badwal.

"Whilst online bookings continue to grow, there will always be those who prefer to talk to a human being, and our call centre has been particularly busy in the first couple of weeks of January.
