Hospitable launches new STR AI tool
Property management software firm Hospitable has launched Copilot, a new AI-powered tool designed to streamline short-term rental businesses.
Copilot gives hosts and property managers the ability to instantly understand what’s happening across every aspect of their operation from occupancy and revenue to guest sentiment, team performance, and trends.
By asking questions, users get actionable insights powered by AI that can scan and interpret data from across their business.
It says Copilot can make confident decisions faster.
The tool is available to Hospitable users on the Mogul plan.
As it learns from each business’s unique activity and inputs, it sharpens its ability to provide increasingly more relevant, personalized responses.
The launch of Copilot is the latest AI-powered feature Hospitable has rolled out in recent months.
These include Auto Inbox which automatically generates tailored guest replies using a combination of previous messages, listing data, and templates and Sentiment Analysis which detects tone and urgency in guest messages.
Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and Founder of Hospitable, said: “We built Copilot because the complexity of managing a short-term rental business has outpaced the capabilities of most tools on the market.”
“Hosts are expected to be analysts, marketers, customer service reps, and operations managers all at once – and they’re drowning in data.”
