Hotel group gets new name

Sunday, 02 Mar, 2012 0

Park Plaza Hotels Limited has become the latest company to adopt an abbreviated name.

The hotel group has renamed itself PPHE Hotel Group Limited to distinguish itself from its three brands – Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts, art’otel and Arenaturist.

PPHE operates the brands under licence or full or part ownership.

President and CEO Boris Ivesha said: "This is yet another milestone for the Group since we successfully started trading on the main list of the LSE in June 2011, raising our profile domestically and internationally.

"The renaming is a direct result of our efforts to grow as a multi-brand, international hotel group. With several confirmed openings in the pipeline we are well on track to realise our growth potential."
