Hotelzon acquires UK reservations company
Hotel booking and technology group Hotelzon has bought reservations and conferencing agency Hoteline, its second UK acquisition in six months
The Helsinki-based company said the deal will further strengthen its foothold in the UK. It acquired Res-O-Tel last September.
Hotelzon chief executive Erik Floman said: “Hoteline is a well-established, mid-sized agency with a mature client portfolio.
“This acquisition fits extremely well into our strategy of creating a global network of operations capable of delivering world-class specialist hotel reservation and account management services both on and off-line.”
Hotelzon’s technology includes online booking, location search facilities and for corporate travel managers, policy compliance features which provide control over corporate hotel programmes.
