ICTA to partcipate in Worldspan training

Worldspan has enhanced relations with the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA) to offer improved training to agents.

As a result of the agreement, Worldspan customers will be able to learn about ICTA training courses and certification programmes through Worldspan’s Global Learning Centre website. ICTA will also participate in Worldspan training initiatives such as e-Learning.

Worldspan’s Global Learning Centre offers virtual classes on Worldspan products as well as tutorials and opportunities for agents to email questions to experts.
