MSC, Lufthansa eye ITA Airways stake

Cruise company MSC and German carrier Lufthansa are interested in buy a majority stake in Italy-based ITA Airways. They have requested an exclusivity period of 90 days to consider.
The airline, which was formed out of defunct Alitalia is actively seeking an equity partner. It has already held initial talks with other companies. According to Reuters, Lufthansa is keen to buy 40% in ITA Airways.
