New York City again explores housing asylum seekers on cruise ships

New York City Mayor Eric Adams again mooted accommodating asylum seekers on cruise ships.

Adams says the strain of housing migrants is taking a toll on NYC resources.

It has so far cost the city about $300 million.

Adams says ‘there is no more room’ to house the thousands of asylum seekers.

Nothing is left off the table even if it means using cruise ships,” Adams said .
