One dead, two missing after Hawaii helicopter crash

A search for two people missing after a tourist helicopter crashed off Kauaʻi, Hawaii has been called off.
One person aboard was confirmed dead.
The helicopter, operated by Ali‘i Kaua‘i Air Tours and Charters, crashed into the water around a quarter mile off the Na Pali Coast.
Police were alerted after hikers saw the helicopter go down.
One body was recovered about one hour after crashing and is thought to be Amy Quintua, 53, from Kentucky.
Her husband Jim is one of the missing.
“Our hearts go out to the families impacted by this tragedy. We will continue working with our partners to locate the missing individuals,” Kaua’i Police Chief Todd Raybuck said.
Authorities said weather wasn’t a factor in the crash.
