Prestige launches complex online booking system
Independent tour operator, Prestige Holidays, has gone live with a complex online booking facility for agents.
Created by web developers Metafour, the system enables agents, or consumers, to dynamically price a holiday by quickly searching flights from low-cost carriers, scheduled and charter airlines.
Flights can then be selected based on the best price, timing
or departure airport.
The facility also displays details and room information for more than 150 properties and 2,500 room types featured by the tour operator.
Metafour’s business development director Rob Udwin said: “In today’s market it is very important for tour operators to be able to reflect their individual strengths on line and we are pleased that we have been able to help Prestige Holidays do this.
“We are also confident that this online booking system will strengthen their business.”
