Representation firm RMI spread wings to Southeast Asia
Hotel and destination representation firm Resort Marketing International (RMI) is expanding its footprint into the Southeast Asia region.
To lead the expansion, RMI has appointed industry expert Andrew Morgan, who joins from Lux Resorts, as Global Development Director.
He has a proven track record spanning 25 years in the SSoutheast Asia region and will drive the global development strategy.
RMI announced two clients in the region.
These are Ocean Resort Group, which has a portfolio of six properties across Phuket and Khao Lak on the Andaman Coast of Thailand.
Also, it welcomes destination management company Trails of Indochina, which offers customised itineraries and a team of local experts.
Managing Director Colin Pegler said: “Our expansion into Southeast Asia is a testament to our passion for travel. As Global Development Director, Andrew will play a pivotal role in identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.”
