Results Travel help agency maximize earnings
Results Travel has added two Product Specialists to help agents maximize their earnings, says John Risner, general manager. He told TravelMole:
“They’ll be meeting with each agency to identify what programs will most benefit each specific agency. They’ll meet with everyone by the end of the year.”
One area of concentration, he said, will be how agencies can maximize earnings with preferred suppliers. Another area will be technology.
“Some agencies we’ve talked to have increased sales, but they still have not increased profits. So that’s where we come in with our Product Specialists,” he said.
Now in its fourth year of operation, the travel agency franchise company has 764 locations with sales volumes exceeding $1.7 billion, according to Mr Risner.
He said agents join Results for several reasons, including its extensive array of preferred suppliers and its ability to leverage efforts to provide proprietary management tools.
But a third reason, he said, is “Agents like our family approach to doing business as well as their ability to get support from us when they need it.”
