Royal Caribbean and sister brand Celebrity Cruises will drop vaccination requirements for certain cruises.

No proof of vaccination status is required from September 5 ‘as long as they meet any testing requirements to board.’

It is valid for sailings from Los Angeles, New Orleans, Galveston, Texas, and Europe. However, it doesn’t include Florida.

“We are collaborating with local governments throughout the Caribbean to align on vaccination requirements for additional itineraries,” the line said.

Celebrity Cruises will also allow all guests following testing rules from Los Angeles, the UK and Europe.

Royal Caribbean Group now only requires testing for cruises of six nights or longer, as long as guests are vaccinated. Tests are required for unvaccinated passengers on all sailings.
