Rubicon launches head hunting division
Travel recruitment company Rubicon Search and Selection has launched a new head hunting division to find ‘hidden’ talent.
Through RADAR Executive Search and its sister brand, RADAR Elite, Rubicon claims it will be able to tap into “exceptional talent†currently secure in employment but not visible to the market.
RADAR will use traditional search methodology by presenting candidates who are not readily available, through headhunting across all leisure-related industries.
Co-founder and managing director Emma Barton said: “There is no doubt that the next two years will be extremely challenging for the leisure sector but opportunities won’t dry up.
“Companies have been focusing on cost initiatives over the last few months but focus is now switching to revenue generation.
“Talent is required to secure a bigger slice of a declining pie and this is starting to stimulate revenue focused vacancies at all levels.â€
