Ryanair pops up in Manchester
Ryanair has opened its first ‘pop-up shop’ in Manchester with a pledge to pay customers double the difference if they find flights to or from the city cheaper elsewhere during the four week period the store is open.
The shop in Piccadilly will enable customers to browse flights online in store and talk – yes talk – to a real living, breathing member of Ryanair staff. They exist, apparently.
One customer will win return flights every day, some of which are to destinations you might have heard of – but for most customers, the pleasure of booking a Ryanair flight with a human being for the first time will be good enough.
Ryanair’s Michael Cawley said: "Ryanair has long pioneered customer innovations and through our latest promotion, we will bring our ultra-low fare seats right to the heart of Manchester, with the opening of our first pop-up shop, giving high street customers the chance to see our lowest fares for themselves."
