Jo Rzymowska has taken on the role of acting UK and Ireland managing director for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
The announcement came prior to current managing director Robin Shaw leaving the cruise company at the end of the month.
In a note to staff, senior vice-president international Michael Bayley said that Rzymowska will maintain her current responsibilities of sales, marketing, PR and guest and trade services.
Sara Tomlinson, director market planning; Diana Allen, finance director; Alan Mc Grory, product operations manager, Independence of the Seas; and Mandeep Panu, HR Manager; will report directly to Rzymowska.
“I know that you will support Jo, as we continue to finalise the UK & Ireland management structure and that as a team you will continue to drive great results for the UK and Ireland business,” Bayley said.
