Apprenticeships are normally associated with manufacturing trades but there is no reason why the travel industry should not participate utilising comprehensive education programs available from a variety of sources including ABTA. The Government currently have grants that help with the funding and we spoke to one of the UK’s leading companies in this field , the Mitre Group, who offer a turnkey package.
