Survey shows resilience among travel professionals
The travel trade is split when it comes to the impact of current world events on sales, according to a TravelMole poll.
In light of fears over the Trump travel ban, Brexit’s effect on the value of the pound, and terror-related incidents, we asked our trade readers: "Despite Trump, Brexit, terrorism and the falling pound, are sales still good?"
The response from more than 1,500 travel professionals showed that just over half (52%) say that despite these negative influences, business is still good.
Meanwhile, just under half (48%) admit they are feeling the pinch.
