Thomas Cook Sport marketing chief joins Kempster

London-based sponsorship activation company Kempster has appointed Emma Williams as marketing manager.

Previously in a similar role at Thomas Cook Sport, she will be joining the team in August.

Danny Talbot, managing director of Kempster, said: "Not only has Emma worked for some pretty impressive brands like Thomas Cook, Carlsberg & Tottenham Hotspur she also brings a wealth of experience from the numerous activations and campaigns she has managed.

"Her recent work at Thomas Cook involving the sponsorship of nine Premier League clubs, London 2012 and other numerous sporting associations makes her the ideal candidate to help our current and future clients as well as our own exciting growth plans."

Kempster specialises in helping brands maximise their rights in sports, music and entertainment through creative events and experiences.

Clients include Castrol, BP, McDonald’s, Football League and Sky.
