Tourvest Inbound Operations showcases TIO Connect at Indaba
A newly redeveloped online reservations system called TIO Connect is a B2B (Business to Business) system, which is accessible via the Tourvest Inbound Operations brand websites.
The travel industry is transforming with a strong focus on technology to drive future business processes and partnerships. Inbound tourism company Tourvest Inbound Operations (TIO) can now offer its customers a selection of applications that enable the world wide Travel Trade to connect to the all new TIO Connect for B2B transactions.
TIO Connect Features:
- The new system is entirely browser based and does not require any additional software to be installed on the users computer.
- The system is password protected and allows only registered travel trade users access to the Tourvest Inbound Operations Computer Reservations System through a fully integrated system.
- The system provides users with more than 1200 room types in 800 accommodation establishments as well as Tourvest Inbound Operations Scheduled Escorted Tours, totaling more than 200 fixed departures per week, vehicle rental and transfers.
Implementation of the TIO Connect system will markedly improve reservation turnaround times, thus optimising Tourvest clients’ consumer retention and increasing reservation volumes.
The system is offered free of charge to users, and all users are supplied with a complete user manual.
