Sir Vince Cable returns as AITO conference speaker

Sir Vince Cable is returning as keynote speaker at AITO's overseas conference, which takes place later this month.

It will be the second time the former leader of the Liberal Democrats and former Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills has spoken at an AITO conference.

Other speakers include philanthropist and coach Craig Goldblatt; former CEO of M&C Saatchi Aneil Bedi; author and broadcaster Professor James Woudhuysen and entrepreneur and business mentor Mark Rhodes, who promises a 'no lecture, no PowerPoint' approach.

AITO chairman Derek Moore said: "We are developing a punchy and diverse conference programme this year to match the theme of 'What's the Future?

"Visiting Wroc-aw - 2016's European City of Culture and the newly-crowned 2019 City of Literature - is a great opportunity for AITO members to explore a potential new destination for weekend breaks and longer holidays alike."

Robert Andrzejczyk, chairman of the Polish Tourism Organisation added: "The UK is already one of Poland's largest markets, but our country has so much to offer that we strongly believe that Poland will attract even more tourists from the UK in the future.

"The AITO Conference will give UK travel industry experts the opportunity to experience the destination and we believe this will inspire them to create new holidays for their customers."

The event takes place from November 21-24 2019.
