Airport transfer group appoints supply director

Airport transfer company, Suntransfers.com, has appointed Keith Vipan as global supply director.

He joins from Avis Budget Group following a six-year stint at Holiday Taxis where he headed up the purchasing team. Holiday Taxis was sold to Hotelbeds earlier this year.

The appointment comes after Andy Baker joined suntransfers.com as global partnerships director earlier this month to spearhead B2B distribution.

Reporting into Suntransfers.com managing director, Nathan Timmins, Vipan will develop and expand the ground supply product range whilst overseeing supplier operations.

Based in Barcelona and founded in 2008, privately-owned Suntransfers.com has rapidly grown in recent years to become one of the largest B2C airport transfer providers in Europe.
