Join our free yoga session for an energising workout


Working from home and feeling stressed, depressed or suffering from cabin fever and pacing your home like a caged lion? You're not alone! 


We feel your pain, so we've arranged for yoga and Pilates instructor Jenny from Free Spirited to give you all a free live mini yoga session at midday on Thursday.


Jenny has been teaching group exercise and yoga for more than 20 years and her classes combine yoga, Pilates and functional movement to lengthen and strengthen the whole body, and to calm the mind.


As well as teaching fitness, she is a health coach/nutritional therapist, following a vegan diet and lifestyle, and she handmakes a range of natural organic skincare products - so we think you'll be in safe hands!


Head over to our Facebook page for a 15-minute stretch that guarantees to energise and mobilise you. We'll be doing it too. See you on Thursday at 12.
