EasyJet Holidays plans to re-start programme on August 1

EasyJet holidays has today announced plans to start operating its first holidays this summer season from August 1.

The move comes following the news from the UK government on its latest travel and quarantine advice.

The operator's customer director Matt Callaghan said: "Like many people we've been waiting for this moment.

"It's really exciting to be able to bring the magic of holidays to life for our customers. We only launched our business in November 2019 so as our first summer season it was always going to be a milestone moment, but even more so now.

"We've put a lot of work in behind the scenes to ensure our customers can travel with confidence and have launched our three key commitments so customers know what to expect when booking and travelling with us."

Sample packages include:

Seven nights at the four-star Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel in Los Cristianos, Tenerife on a half board basis for £517pp, from Gatwick on August 23.

Seven nights at the three-star Artemis Apartments in Crete on a self-catering basis for £334 per person including flights, 23kg of luggage per person from Gatwick on August 4.

Seven nights, all-inclusive, at the four-star Sherwood Greenwood Resort in Antalya, Turkey, for £405pp from Gatwick on September 16.
